Meet the passionate duo behind Rafters Food Services - Dominic Peel and Trish Colbert!
With over 30 years of experience as restaurateurs, Dominic and Trish have mastered the art of crafting delicious meals and great dining experiences. Now, they’ve brought their culinary expertise to the world of school catering, blending their love for food with a mission to nourish young minds. From the kitchen to the classroom, their dedication shines through in every carefully prepared meal.
With Rafters, Dominic and Trish have turned decades of know-how into a fresh, innovative approach to school meals—ensuring students enjoy food that’s not only healthy but packed with flavour.

Our Passion, Your Food
Back in 2014, Rafters Food Services started small—just two local schools, 200 lunches a week, and a team of 10 dedicated staff members. Fast forward to 2025, and we’re proud to serve over 15,000 hot, delicious lunches every week across Leinster, with a growing team of more than 70 passionate people.
