By accessing and using the Rafters Food Services App, you confirm that you:

The App is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

9. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent activities.
• We decide to discontinue the service.

Termination may result in the loss of access to your account and any associated data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Irish courts.
